At the end of the email they mention it could be a third party software problem.
I then received an email from them with a bit of standard advice such as checking I've got save hand history ticked and which folder they save to etc. I've contacted Pokerstars and they've asked me to send them log files which I've done. It seems as if during my last game Pokerstars just stops saving my hand history for some reason without me touching the options in the pokerstars client. Reading the document of this particular game, all the hands seem to be fine and in order but then does not conclude so my PT gives me a finishing place of 0 because to PT the sng never actually finished. I locate and open the missing game file which was the last of my 8 games and it seems to finish at 3 handed play and goes no further (I finished 3rd in this game but the HH doesn't go up until that concluding point). Today for example, I played 8 sit n' gos and 7 of the HH files are complete. I then look at the hand history files saved in the PokerstarsUK hand history file and have noticed that some aren't complete. At the end of my session I look through my Pokertracker and notice i'm one game short. Also, I want my hand history converter to display my hh´s in cash amounts or tournament chip amounts, instead of bb´s, but I don´t know. I'm having a problem with hand histories saving to my computer. I´ve got a couple of hand histories from stakes where observed some games or i´ve got stats from play money games when I was testing the HUD, but I don´t know how to delete these hh´s from pokertracker.
